Question : "Empty Hands" quest
I am supposed to find the book in the library but I did every single shelves and been careful but could not anything. One of the thing that is also happening is that on the table there is a parchement and an orb. The cursor change to an hand when hovering them but they are not clickable.... Did anyone found the Imperil Sphaera ?

Do you need spot secrets of at a certain rank for it to pop up?

I've been looking all over his abode for a while now and other than the interaction on the table by the globe I am coming up empty.
