I bought it, but I can't find the PDF. Where does it show up?

Nevermind, got it. Once you buy the DLC, select the game in the Library, and on the right side of the Game page, you will see DLC. Click "Manage..." then click Local Files, then click Browse.

It's in the same folder directory on your computer that the game is in.
