crisbee donuts are OP

don't know if anyone has noticed but you can infinite farm berries by baking crisbee donuts. you can buy the components for 8 berries and sell for 13. it's a little time consuming since you have to cook the honey first beforehand but it's still free money. i'm sure there are other recipes this works with but the crisbee donut is easy because you can get all the ingredients from the bakery in defiant root and then just make it in the same room and sell it next door.

Nice, but as far as free money goes, it's the bank that's kinda OP. Interest stacks up. once you get about 1 or 2 thousand berries in there it might as well be infinite berries.

The menu'ing could stand to be a bit more streamlined to make cooking things like the Crisbee donut easier. Misclicking while selecting cooking ingredients happened often too because the dialog you have to skip before cooking varies between the chefs and is quite sensitive.

As for the monetary side of things. Cooking the donuts is a bit faster than farming battles or cutting grass I suppose, but it still is on the slow side. The card tournament on metal island is by far the fastest way to make money, pay 25 to enter, come out with 150. Bank it up until you reach 1-2k and you're set for life on berries. Even if you play on HARDEST mode and you constantly buy tangy berries for most late game boss fights, you still end up rich.

yeah i've gotten further in the game since then. if you do it right the crisbee donuts are still a good way to make money if you're in defiant root and need money, but it's better to get the long leg summoners and go to the spider in the forsaken lands to sell it for double it's worth. that gives you about 17 berry profit for each one, which is over 150 profit for a full inventory
