Switch or Steam?
Been wanting to pick this up for a while and the release on consoles reminded me of that. Now that I have some time to sit down and play some stuff I figured it would be good to get this. Just not sure which platform to get it on. For those who have played both, is one version superior to the other? I prefer buying on steam over switch of we're talking strictly digital, but the handheld aspect of the switch is more appealing than what PC provides. Which is the better experience in your opinion?

In terms of performance, the switch version has some slight frame drops and slowdowns (they’re noticeable but not jarring enough to make you want to stop playing) there’s really no difference between the Steam and switch version at all (other than price: $19.99 on steam vs. $24.99 on consoles).

So to narrow it down: If you’re someone who travels a lot and plan on playing this game either for a long or short sessons, then go for the Switch version. If you don’t care about portability and value performance, then go for the steam version.

Also one more thing: there will be a physical version of Bug Fables releasing on PS4 and Switch if you’re into that (source: https://twitter.com/limitedrungames/status/1280949175341981699?lang=en)

Beat it on Switch, but I'm convinced there's some input lag when using a wireless controller. The game had an annoying habit of 'forgetting' my controller whenever I booted it up and needing to reconnect it. That might go away in handheld mode, I never got around to testing it.
