This is the achievement for completing every other achievements.

If you have it in game, but not on steam, simply save, exit the game completely and then reload the game with your save, you should then unlock the thing on steam.

thank you, for some reason the game didn't recognized the chapter 7 hard mode achiev, so i did it again in the b.o.s.s. chamber.
