Missing one badge. Cannot complete "All Medals".

I somehow ended up with 2 Miracle Matter medals and no Seedling Affinity medal. This is pretty great for gameplay, of course, but I'm trying to get the "Collect All Medals" achievement. To my horror, while trying to figure out what medal I was missing (I'm pretty sure I've gotten them all), I realized which one it was.

What do? Can I hack the medal in, maybe? Or am I just totally ♥♥♥♥ed? I would be pretty upset if I just can't get this achievement after all that collecting.

**EDIT - So it turns out I'm missing exactly one badge... Any help figuring out which badge it is would be tremendously appreciated. In the meantime, I guess I'll just comb the whole game.

**EDIT 2 - Okay, I'm stupid. It was the badge outside the bandit hideout. An HP Plus. This has been a fun experience. Hope this can help someone else having trouble at least.

The medal total is based on the actual number of medals, not the exact medals. So even if you have 2 miracle matters and no seedling afinities, the total is still correct, so you're missing another medal.

Having a real hard time figuring out which one I'm missing here. Out of curiosity, what is the total number supposed to be?

The total number is 107, you can see how many you have in one of the pillars in the Cave of Trials.

Okay well at the very least I have 106 badges, so at least I know I am actually missing one.
