You use front brake most of the time but you need to be aware of the bumps because of you brake too hard on a bike you can flip over or loose the rear grip and crash. I suggest to change the brake sensitivity and use 100% of brake power only on flat part of the track or uphill.

Rear brake you mostly use in final part of the turn where you need to tighten the turn but when rear has grip. When you use high front brake power, rear tyre is unloaded and it might loose grip easily. You can also use it to slow down on bumbs because rear brake stabikises the bike however it loeads fron and make you also crash on some bump/jumps.
