Online version and Steam Version

Hi everyone,

I've bought the online version of TTR on the official DOW website.
I've download the steam version and get my free key (for the dlc)

But i've a problem : i can't log on the steam version with my DOW account (login and psw), it's really annoying. Ruining my ELO :( :(

Is there a solution or do i have to play with two accounts ?

DOW technical support answered me this afternoon so my problem is solved :)

The problem is that you have an account on Days of Wonder's site (a DoW account), and then when you install the game on Steam you might end up with a second DoW account linked to your Steam account.

The solution is to merge these accounts.

To do so, you will need the login and password of the account Days of Wonder that is linked to your Steam account. To get its login and password :
- go to http://www.daysofwonder.com/login
- choose Sign in through Steam
- type in your Steam credentials and then press Sign in.
- now, back on Days of Wonder's site, choose My account (at the top right corner of the page)
- click Change my Password (on the left of the page)
- set the password
- check the actual login name for that account in Change my Profile
- then log out
- log in using your regular Days of Wonder account
- double check that the login at the top right corner is the account you want to *keep*
- once you are done, you can merge your accounts here :
