No Bots in Local Multiplayer Mode

I was sure I must have been doing something wrong. I can add bots when we play Pass & Play variant but local multiplayer over network doesnt provide the same option. Such a strange and awkward limitation. Mind you, amazing that local multiplayer works across different operating systems iOS/Android/Steam - it just feels incomplete being limited to 1v1 games.

Actually, you can :
- play local games with more than 2 players, as long as they all join the game on their device
- play online games with invitations, and there you can add bots (they are at the bottom of your firends list)

And we are going to add bots to Local games. No ETA, but we are working on that.

Not sure if you have deliberately misread or not but I thought that I was pretty clear that my complaint was the lack of adding bots to the local multiplayer games - so by starting your comment with "Actually, you can:" it's quite disingenuos as actually, you can't.

I'll give the online variant another try, but when we attempted this last time it was a load of convoluted garbage with logging in etc.

Glad to know that adding bots to local multiplayer mode is being worked on. Thanks.
