Several DLC countries are now missing, help!
I just opened TTR and usually play India (I have them all). It's gone missing, so has Asia, two European ones and three USA. I also can no longer see them in my Steam DLC list - has anyone else had this problem? I played India this morning so something's happened in the last ten hours or so :-( Any help appreciated.

I lost all of the maps you mentioned when i downloaded the update. Can't figure out how to get them back. Also cannot see them in my Steam DLC list!

Thanks - I saw similar comments in the update page discussion so it's affected a few of us. I didn't even choose to install the update - it seems to have updated itself without my choosing to. Grrr!

We also have lost TTR maps; Nordic & India. Was this caused by the recent update?

Exact same thing happened to me. I lost most of the USA and Europe maps, along with Nordic, Switzerland, Asia, and India. I submitted a help request to Days of Wonder via their website this morning - I hope they fix it soon.

Just out of curiosity, where are you guys? I'm in the US. My best friend is in the UK, and he says his maps are all there. Not sure if this would be a location-specific problem, but it's a data point.

Hi guys,

And where we'll be posting updates on the situation.

We have been working on this issue first thing in the morning and at it since then.

We are trying to determine if this is in some ways linked to a bug that used to give some players access to maps / DLCs they didn't purchase.

Some players bought 1 or 2 maps and got offered many more without having to purchase them.
If that is what's happening, then it is only natural these maps are being removed as you didn't purchase them.

However, we do not know that yet, so if some of you guys are absolutely certain they paid for each and every DLC they're missing and have proof of it, please send your receipts here: {LINK REMOVED}
That would be incredibly helpful.

Same thing for me, missing Nordic and Switzerland. DLC were bought on Google Play and I have no problem to share DLC between Android and Steam using same DOW account.
DLC are still available on my Android device.

Asmodee Eir, why are you marking the threads as answered when the issue is not resolved?! I bought all my DLCs through Steam. I think I only have email receipts but don't want to share my email address etc. with you by sending those to you, sorry. Thanks for letting us know you're working to resolve this.

JC4848, we cannot give back the lost maps to you if we don't know your Asmodee username!
We, by the way, already have your email information if you do have an Asmodee account, as this was necessary to set up an account, and we are of course GDPR compliant.
We simply ask that you contact us here {LINK REMOVED} so we can give back to you the missing maps, as we cannot do it through Steam without your Asmodee account information.

Thanks Eir. I appreciate your apologies etc. I tried following your instructions but my Steam payment history does not show those DLCs, yet I know full well that I bought them through Steam. It's like Steam has erased ALL memory of me having them, including buying them. So if you need me to prove I paid for these, I'll have to send you the emailed receipts I got at the time. I am not posting screenshots of those through Steam. Are you able to provide a secure email address that I can send them to you through, please?

It seems like the wrong approach altogether. What will you do for users who have paid for DLCs that are now missing, but they don't notice or don't know how to contact you? Mapping the DLCs back to individual users seems crazy. Surely there must be a global fix, or revert to the pre-upgrade TTR and see if that restores things??!

I am also anxious that my achievements won't be recognised if you map DLCs to my account and it thinks I never had them before. I've spent literally hours getting every achievement (apart from two).
