Europa 1912 - Warehouses and Depots?

I can't for the life of me figure out how to use the Warehouses and Depots feature of the 1912 Expanded map. Nothing in the interface even mentions it, nor do the rules? I'm confused. These are core parts of the expansion game. Can anyone advise?

I just came here to say the same thing! I played the tabletop version with some friends yesterday, and the warehouses and depots added significantly to the fun.

I'm reasonably sure that warehouses and depots just haven't been added to the electronic versions of the game. I've played 1912 on both Steam and my Android tablet and it's just another map, with no special features of any kind that I've seen.

With any luck they will add warehouses and depots in the future...
