I'm still in the discord for this game. If you are reading this, they finally answered me sometime in 2022. They said
"Hi, thanks for your concern:) For now, the dev team are developing other games which can make us alive. So, maybe we'll let you know more news when we have enough strength.
Anyway, thank you so much!"
In other words they were already struggling as a company. So yes this game is shut down. It's not coming buy unless someone buys it off of them.
