force feedback Problem
So, I have the Logitech G29, bought from new, about a month ago. And I've had this problem surface over night. 2 days ago I was playing f1 2020 without any problems, then yesterday when I booted the game, suddenly all of my FFB disappeared. So naturally I tried to find a solution oline, but to no evail.
I've tried

-Restarting my computer, unplugging and re plugging the wheel
- Uninstalling the logitech drivers, and re install them
- Uninstalling the game and reinstall
- look for any setting that may have caused it. But could't find any

When I exit the game and change setting on the wheel, the FFB reappears, but when I go into the game again, it disappears again.
This only happens in f1 2020, and in no other games.
I can play Forza motorsport 7 and ETS 2 without the FFB disappearing

Any help regarding this problem is of much help.

If you are using Logitech G Hub (♥♥♥♥ Hub) then uninstall it and use the older software Logitech Gaming Software (9.02.65). I did this yesterday since I wanted to give G Hub a second try but no... it's still garbage. Last update ♥♥♥♥♥♥ my rpm lights and ffb as well. Now everything is fine. I also read that if the ffb problem persists you might need to touch some reg files with regedit

Its not the LGHub - its the game that is messed up. If the FFB works on other games, means it has to be the game itself. The Problem that, for some weird reason, codemaster did something so that the patch changed some lines in the reg.

Here is the fix - should work since it did for me and many other users here

I've had force feedback disappear only once on my Xbox One controller. Restarting the game and reconnecting the controller fixed the issue. Without force feedback I understood that without it I can't tell right away if the car has enough grip or not, so, yeah, the lack of FFB is a problem.

exactly same problem here and the regedit files looks fine, seems like a game issue

You could try settings -> calibration ... -> edit the wheel setup and navigate to vibration and force feedback, check if it's on ... for some reason for me it turned off with out me changing it ..

You use a controller with racing games? Let me guess you drive in T-Cam too?

Nope, I use only the cockpit view. That way I have tyre temperature available to me at all times.
