fire 2nd driver?

how do you replace your 2nd driver? iam doing my team mode and the guy i hired is crap even though i've improved our cars and stats he's always coming in in the 3 spots i wanna replace him with someone that can atleast finish above 15th position but i dont see any options to do so

Once his contract runs out halfway/end season.

If you're running 10 races seasons, at the end of the season. Longer seasons can renegotiate driver contract half way through.
