Practice programs
Given the sponsors are asking for you to do a specific amount of laps over the race weekend, how are you doing your practice programs?

I personally only do them all once, except race strategy which I do with all 3 tyre compounds.

Sponsors are asking your team to do a specific amount of laps(not you personally). On 100% races it's pretty easy to meet those requirements. I have a sponsor which asks for 100 laps per weekend and me and my teammate combined are usually doing 130-170 laps depending on the track. And I don't practice extensively. Outside of race strategy programme(which I usually do only once) I usually only do 5-10 laps with a full fuel load(100kg) so that I can get a feel of how the car handles on the track and whether my settings lead to overheating and/or overusage of tyres.

I just do the practice programs which i want to do. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Most of the time it's just Acclimatization and race strategy. Maybe a littlebit more, when i forgot how to take some turns.

I'm on season 4 and I only do race strategy and the qualifying one. Sometimes I do a few laps without any practice programs activated.

I don't sign in with the sponsors that requires lap numbers in practice sessions. This is how I do my practice programmes and which tyre set I use. And yes, I do them in this exact same order every weekend:

FP1: Track Acclimatisation (H1), Tyre Management (M1), ERS Management (M1), Fuel Management (M1)
(4 timed laps total, each with 1 out lap and 1 in lap).

FP2: Race Practice Programme (M2)
(5 timed laps total, with 1 out-lap and 1 in-lap)

FP3: Qualifying Practice Programme (S1)
(1 times lap total, with 1 out-lap and 1 in-lap).

I aim for optimised times for all of them, and I have to do it in one shot. I like to be as efficient as I can, minimising unnecessary time on the track which will wear my Power unit components.

This is why I can last an entire race season, with all of my power unit components never reaching more than 25% wear.
