FP1: Track Acclimatisation (H1), Tyre Management (M1), ERS Management (M1), Fuel Management (M1)
(4 timed laps total, each with 1 out lap and 1 in lap).
FP2: Race Practice Programme (M2)
(5 timed laps total, with 1 out-lap and 1 in-lap)
FP3: Qualifying Practice Programme (S1)
(1 times lap total, with 1 out-lap and 1 in-lap).
I aim for optimised times for all of them, and I have to do it in one shot. I like to be as efficient as I can, minimising unnecessary time on the track which will wear my Power unit components.
This is why I can last an entire race season, with all of my power unit components never reaching more than 25% wear.
