EGO Dumper/Game Crash

Finished Abu Dhabi last night to round out the first season of my team...and the game crashed. I had simmed a few races earlier on and noticed it went to black screen when simming them. All I had to do was close f1, restart it and I could move on. The race results wouldn't appear but the next week would begin.
This time after Abu Dhabi I keep getting a crash report. Everything is up to date, I have tried DX12 and DX11, I have steam overlays off....yada yada I've tried the stuff but once I click continue career....CTD EGO Dumper 15 seconds later. It will say please wait in the upper left corner and then crash. I'd hate to have to restart all my progress......

Same thing last year wit this. Hopefully they get it going. It's a shame because they did a great job making this one updated and different. But definitely a let down.

managed to battle my way through crashes round 1 and 2, but now at Vietnam I cannot even complete 5 laps with an ego dump. I play numerous amount of games, and not only do they never crash, I have not had a crash now in since I can remember, must be well beyond a year, F1 2020, hold my beer, and boom, every 5 seconds

Also getting ego dump crashes randomly during races. I can finish a race when it dumps however then game freezes when "loading" or "saving game". Such a shame as other than tis its been enjoyable!

I have the same issues REALLY would like codemasters to fix this.

after playing for 2 days without a crash this issue has started happening to me as well i can't even get into a race now with out the ego dump error

i have tried rolling back video drivers reinstalled the game onto another drive
i have deleted the temp %appdata% folder and also the F1 2020 folders,
i have also tried changing Nvidia power settings CPU power settings all with out any joy as well as trying different windowed full screen and AA settings in game
i have all the latest drivers for my hardware and every other game on my system works fine

I think it's weird to me that on Monday when I was playing this (played earlier cuz of the whatever edition) the game ran completely fine, no crash, no stutters, no anything really. Just yesterday I've been getting ego dump, black screen, random crashes, painfully long loading times. Is it related to the online ? AFAIK there weren't anybody online and the servers weren't actually up on Monday (no multiplay, no podium pass, no daily store).

I simply opened the NVIDIA control panel (I have an RTX 2060) and modified the settings in the 3D application.

I have the same thing after Abu Dhabi now. Game crashed, now I can't even load my save file anymore. I get instant CTD once it finished loading the save. I've had zero crashes so far, but now my MyTeam Save seems to be corrupted. Way to go Codemasters. This game should be labeled as Beta, or next year release it as early access, at least game breaking problems like those are to be expected then.
