Ferrari nerf
Will Ferrari's performance engine be decreased due to what they done in Austria GP ?

It depend if they continue this way the patch of the performance will come maybe 2 weeks after the exit of the game we will see but yes if they still that bad the performance will decreased

It definitely seems like these stats are based on their old illegal power unit. Now the ferrari powered cars are terrible.

Depends in relation to who. They'll probably stay competitive with or outperform McLaren and Racing Point but they'll just be playing catch up with Mercedes and Red Bull.

No, it's not just 1 race. They made a deal with the FIA about what they were doing last year to be so fast on the straights. Last year after either the race at Monza or Spa, they were slower because other teams caught on to what they were doing. Ferrari found a way to to get around a fuel censor that the FIA uses to make sure teams are following the rules. Red Bull is absolutely faster than the Ferrari this year and I would say that Mclaren is as well and maybe even Racing Point. Lastly, Ferrari did not just find out this weekend that they were slow, even slower than last years car and everyone has known this for months, since Spain to be exact.

Furthermore they have the highest pay among the whole F1 teams so this is unacceptable for a team with this amount of money to make a car like that. Where did the money go ???

Chill dude, it's a game, that's all. If you wanted such reality then you'd have to stop playing because they would never allow you anywhere near a real Formula 1 car. lol
