Doesn't work

Game over reset? It lets me click reset, then infinite loading screen.

Maybe it thinks I am trying to use my fight stick which is also plugged in hm.

I'm having the exact same issues although I have no controller of any sort connected. The game reacts to my mouse but I can't progress past the first line of dialogue.

Do you guys have any kind of peripheral other than say a mouse/keyboard connected? Have you tried unplugging your flight stick and seeing if that helped? There seems to be numerous people having the same problem as you guys so there's got to be some kind of common cause for it. Either way, I hope the developers can figure it out.

Same issue.

Mouse works on the title screen, but once I get in game KB/Mouse do not work at all. Have to alt + f4 to exit.

Must be a game configuration issue, since the game uses Unity and I've never had this issue in any other Unity game ever.

No extra input devices that would interfere.

A lot of people are having issues with it. On top of unplugging any peripheral you might have plugged in (honestly I recommend having nothing in the usb ports at all save for mouse/keyboard), people have found that having a Vjoy driver enabled will interfere with the game so you could try disabling that, if you happen to have it.

If it helps, the keys that move the first text box along are the space bar or the 'z' key. If all of that still doesn't work, then I have no clue

Ok, yea I was able to get it to work finally after unplugging everything that wasn't the mouse and keyboard. Not exactly a fan of that, hope it's remedied by release.

yeah same, I hate that.
my PC is for work also, not just for gaming.
Hope they can do something to remedy the situation.
I would rather not play than modify my work place.

Same Issue here, cant play the game, I tried to disconect everything but the mouse and keyboard, but It doesn't work.

Thanks for this, I was having the same issue as OP where it seemed like no key did anything to get past that first dialogue. Part of my problem was when I first ran the demo, I got a popup asking how I wanted to configure inputs, so I just assumed what I put there was what would work in game. Apparently the input config in that window has no effect on the demo controls. Once I tried using space/Z as the go-to "next" button, everything else worked and played well from there.

I just unplugged all USBs but mouse and KB and still natta. What a frustrating first experience. Was excited about checking this out and now I don't really care anymore.
