HOTAS Setup Question

Hello. I use an X-55 Rhino and I am having a hard time getting the throttle to work in-game. I basically just want the throttle to work like normal (pulled all the way back and there is no thrust, pushed all the way forward and you are at full thrust). When I bind the throttle to an axis, it seems to try to split the throttle into forward and backward thrust.

Does anyone here know how to set up a throttle in this game? I mean what exactly did you do to get it working? Any feedback will be appreciated.

Have not played in ages, As I run a full Hotas setup X56 and Virpil pedals. Upgrading to Virpil Stick and Throttle in the future. And IB last time I checked is a long way from supporting the more specialist HOTAS hardware.
