Cannot reach Tuning Goals, even with higest rated Parts

Hi,
Every couple of bikes I have to cancel the Job as I cannot reach the Targets.
Mainly by 1-2 Points.
Like Handling Target 65 but I can reach 64 only.
When checking the Shop and filtering for items changing the Handling only, all I get is Tyres.
I installed the highest grade Tyres and checked the Bike Status, Rating is 64 and the Graph is all green.

Had Similar issues with accelleration or TopSpeed.
Are these Bugs or do I miss something?

many high-quality parts do not have an upgrade number

Hey!

It could be a bug, that is a possibility, but tuning ratings also depends on overall health of the parts of the moto, maybe changing some parts not related directly to tuning may give you the missing point or two. But nonetheless i will double check if it isnt a bug, when it happens again could you notfiy me on discord or via [e-mail]?

I was of the opinion that all parts from modern to fantastic should have upgrade points or am I wrong

I agree with post above. Rebuild engines all top level parts, rims ect. Ride checked the bike, blowing way over past requirements, and still not checked off as FINISH. ???. Plus there is a major bug with OIL fill. Tank is full, plug in, still says no oil.

strip engine, add performance pistons, camshafts, and timing chain, alongside the performance rims and tires and you will reach the speed goal
