Question about the inclusion of Mr. Death Grip

First off, I'm super excited about how the project is shaping up - The 1-bit aesthetic and dithering effects are on point!

I'm curious though, and I havent seen this asked before, that since mr. Burnett seems to appear within the game (in photographs, footage and with his real name), are you working with his permission or under the caveat that the portrayal is completely fictional? I've never really seen 'current' public figure to be involved in a video game in this manner, so I'm just wondering what (if any) steps you had to take for it to happen.

I tried contacting Stefan but he's very hard to reach online. I'm convinced that the depiction is transformative enough as far as legality goes, but if it so happens that Stefan wants himself out of this project then I can only comply and take down the game (or the episode(s) containing his likeness).

did you do that dithering stuff by hand or is it a really good program that does this, i like how the dither water effects look. would like to know how its done.

May I ask why he was included as a character? is there a deeper meaning to the decision or just a fan?
