Help with pervert minigame!

I've been trying to do the pervert minigame forever and no matter what I can't do it. His eyes just move too fast and it feels like they barely move at all when I tap the space bar. Is there a way to skip this minigame? Is there a way to drink the game into thinking I've done it? Please help I just want to complete the game.
