Report a translation problem
It mainly depends on how well the game does because MP is very expensive to make. So - possibly, in the future, I'd definitely like to do it, but it's a big adventure so I'll need to make sure it's financially viable. Unfortunately I cannot make any promises. Please do not make any purchase decisions because you expect multiplayer in the future.
If it does get done, most likely it will be co-op with multiple steam-bots working to build the same city together.

You'd Buy it at a high price!
It is not about clouds, lobbies or matchmaking - rewrite the working code of a singleplayer game into a stable multiplayer game is VERY challenging and time-consuming process. It is perhaps almost as difficult as write a new multiplayer game from scratch :P
It is probably better to invest time to Dream Engines 2 with multiplayer included in the original engine.
