I mean, I know its important and all, but damn...it takes up a large chunk of the screen and personally i think it would look better pushed up to the top with the rest of the hud and look a lot cleaner...maybe even do something like the old castlevania nes games that have the hud fixed at the top separate from the gameplay screen....
