A gripe on boss rewards
In my opinion, boss rewards provide, excluding boss treasures, little to no actual choices.

After defeating the first and second bosses you get your gold, your brushes and your cool treasures, which can be quite powerful. But when it comes to the choice you are given between a gem and 3 cards, that I have an issue with.

A couple things to point out:
1. there are a lot of terrible cards in this game (with patch 1.5 there are even more)
2. adding bloat to your deck for the sake of some talents you can't see and that might be bad is in and of itself; a terrible decision.

Now, the gem you may be given may be something as weak as 7 extra block, but when the name of the game is making your deck consistent, there is never a choice between 3 cards, (only one of which might actually be useful to you), and a gem to buff the cards you already have.

If we could pick how many cards we wanted of the 3, I believe that would be a positive change, and actually make for engaging choices.
As it stands, bosses only give gems and treasures as rewards.

agree, i am always picking a moderate gem. even if it was 2/3 great cards, that 1/3 dud card would probably dissuade most players from picking it up. let us choose how many cards we wanna pick up from treasure

Yeah the gem is the only choice like 90% of the time. The other 10% of the time you can compare the options and make a decision between the two.

If the card option was like "do 2 normal drafts" then it would be much more tempting (with or without the option to skip)

Or "pick 2 cards out of 5", or something similar.
