You should set the Windows scaling (in the Display Settings of Windows, not Command!) to something above 100%, Command will then scale. Note that it's not perfect though, this will scale the game but with some slight pixelation of the interface.
You can also: right click on game in Steam -> browse local files -> right click on Command.exe -> properties -> compatibility -> change high DPI settings -> play with the settings here
Read that too: https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10230&t=304738
Thanks for the heads up on humble deal also been after this one at a cheaper price.
Virtually zero drawing tools for the map. Almost zero UI configurability. No font size adjustments.
Great databases and systems modelling and environment modeling. The best in the world apparently. Cool. Sweet.
But that's no excuse for such a primitive UI. I'm frankly a bit shocked how bad the UI is. Particularly for an 80usd piece of software.
Seriously devs. Come on. WTAF.
It's insane that "higher than 1080p ..." (what you said)
What, are they using bitmapped fonts rather than the standard truetype fonts? If so, <facepalm> Yeah. That would explain it. Native Instruments Reaktor has the exact same issue.
I'm in Win 7. The only Compatibility option I have for that is "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings," and that doesn't appear to do anything.
I guess I could set the game to 1920x1080 and put it on my 2560x1440 monitor. ... Shouldn't have to tho. Not for 80 bucks.
EDIT: Oh, wait. No I can't. .... This game doesn't even HAVE resolution settings. No graphics settings at all in fact. Unless I'm blind and missing them.
Interestingly, it works with MANY games, such as DCS, IL-2, MSF, etc. It's a general TacView software, not specific to C:MO. ... This isn't made clear on Steam AT ALL.
Basically it's kinda like the free-to-commercial MOTEC live-telemetry app for racing sims (and real pro racing cars).
If you just want a little graphics to look at, or perhaps review a 3D replay of combat post-facto, the free version looks to be just fine. Nothing fancy, just the basics.

Thanks again as i was going to get the paid version. I also play in 1440p but 32inch screen and i wear glasses so that certainly zooms the text in closer but overall it should be bigger or have the option to change the font. After buying on humble yesterday i spent my first 5 hours in tutorials have to say i am having a great time with it, learning the game but also learning about modern warfare at the same time.
Be even better to play it properly when i know what i am doing. Going to go through the whole tutorial been watching YT vids as well looks like a immersive game something scratching that itch.
Free version is still great for plenty of other games, but you'll need to fork out some cash to use Tacview in C:MO. Tacview usually goes on sale in early July and Christmas time if you want it cheaper.
Thanks for info
Can still record in CMO and watch it post facto in TV tho, yes? Just not real time?
