nothing in Message Log

I am having a issue where if I finish a mission with the message log in a seperate window and working fine, when I go to the next mission no new information goes to it. I am not sure if I am missing something or if it is a bug.

I am seeing the same thing. I started the first Submarine Tutorial mission and completed it then started the second tutorial. In this one if I keep the window in interactive mode, I see only the entries from the last scenario. Clicking on them takes me to the appropriate spot on the map from that previous scenario.

However if I switch to Raw Text view, I see the new messages from the current scenario.

Clearing the message log does remove the old messages but doesn't fix the underlying problem- the new messages only appear in raw text mode, not interactive mode.

Starting a third mission- submarine tutorial 1.3 - continued the same problem. Interactive message log was blank and raw text worked fine. On opening the raw text log I briefly saw the old messages from mission 1.2 but they were immediately replaced with the new scenario's messages.

This is a bug imo. If I'm playing a scenario, then end the scenario and start a new one, the message log should clear out. But instead it's populated with messages from the scenario I was just playing. This "feature" should be simple enough fix and honestly should never have made it past alpha testing. It's akin to being in Word, working on a document, closing the document, starting a new doc and instead of opening to a blank slate, having it populated with the text from the document you just closed. Mind-boggling.

I had the exact same problem but as I was playing with the PBEM mod, I wasn't sure whether the problem came from the mod or the core game.
