Stars In My Eyes Achievement

In the description of the achievement it says "across any number of games". I'm pretty sure I've gotten 5 stars on every challenge in the game, but the achievement doesn't trigger. Judging by rarity of this achievement, I'm guessing it's bugged. Do I have to get 5 stars in every achievement in one game to get it? (the same as Galaxy achievement basically)
