Mosaic Censorship in "Uncensored Patch"
I'm enjoying the VN so far, but having an 18+ Patch, but then having it censored anyway is false advertising.

Sorry for necroposting, but what you guys expect from a Japanese game ? At this point it's pretty much common knowledge for anyone who watch/read hentai that stuff from Japan includes some degree of censorship due to laws.

Btw i dunno where you read it, but the store page doesn't say ♥♥♥♥ about uncensored or even a +18 patch, this isn't technically advertising.

1. Japanese laws are created by sweaty old men who reminisce on the good old days of when Japan was an Imperialist Fascist Regime. Speaking as an Australian Born Half-Japanese, the Japanese Government can go ♥♥♥♥ themselves.

2. The game is fully uncensored on Denposoft, so...

3. 99.999% of the time, a game having an adult patch means it's not censored. This is literally the only exception to that rule I've ever seen.

1. I agree but the law is still there. It's not just as easy as "sending the uncensored files via internet" since this would be illegal if the files came from a Japanese ip.

2. "Denpasoft: Adult Visual Novel Publisher & Localizer" the name says it all, it's a site specialized in bringing adult VNs to other countries, mostly if not all from Japan, so they do have uncensored patches for many games. I don't get why it would be different on Steam but since it's an "unnoficial" (not available to download on Steam) patch maybe you just got the Japanese version patch.

3. That is a lie, a lot of games with actual explicity content have some kind of censorship, especially visual novels. The uncensored ones are mostly from non-Japanese devs if you haven't noticed yet.

4. As a said, 2 different patches.

Let's not extend this discussion.
