Both works, with a party you can have an insane ap pool and with a decks thats allow to draw a lot cards you can do some insane thinks in round one. Also some skills can work really well together. Mice have a card which attack 1 time per bleed. Add a couple weasel and you can buff your attack power into oblivion.
Beside in a smaller party multiple chars can hit max level.
I like to play with samller partys thougth my first win against the prince was a 6man party.
Characters don't do more damage if you level them. They don't really tank better either unless you high roll. You also don't get to play more cards.
Lone wolf only seems good because it's meant to compensate for not having a party. However even if you have 13 stamina, a party with a total of 30+ stamina will always be able to play more cards.
yes but like i said the micro management is way harder with a party (also you need to be lucky to get draw cards) if you don't get draw cards it's way harder to maximie your stamina pool with 6 chars
Whereas solo
and given any decent armor you are blessed with free shield and extra stamina
get some red powders with a weapon dealing 12 damage and you are dealing massive damage to the enemy way easier to manage and complete than 6 party members
the only big difference is when you have a party running it can dish out more damage than a solo char
but getting to that point is way harder than doing solo
