Literally no other steam game has same issues. I really doubt this is about system or anti-virus.

I have zero intention to fill reports or smth like that for now, just refunded. May be return to game later some time.

This happens to me as well. The game seems to have issues with ultra wide monitors and multi screen setups. It doesn't support my 49 inch screen and if I play full screen it breaks if I mouse off the game into a different screen. There also isn't an easy way to change your resolution/graphics settings outside of game seems like which makes it harder to troubleshoot.
