Game doesn't start i need help

I seriously want to play this game but i need help, when i try to launch the game it flashes the logos at me and then i'm met by a black screen and my cursor and nothing happens. I have tried verifying the game files and reinstalling but no luck. I'm not sure what else i can do

Edit: i went on holiday for a 2 weeks came back and it now works?

I had the same problem! I just found the solution, like yesterday ! I haven't been able to play for months, almost a year, since I solved the problem I can't stop playing!

You just have to follow what he says in the video! Each step ! And you should be able to play again too!
