Hot seat mode?

Is this something the developers are planning on adding?

Imo this should be an essential feature - I and my partner want to play my friend and her partner (only 1 PC each couple) but instead of all four of us playing together currently only two can.

Usually playing with just one friend and an AI is fine - but occasionally we would like all four of us to play a larger game. It's a great game and this sucks... we'd even consider paying few extra bucks for a number of 'licences' of players per account or something!

But yeah, given we already own one copy of the physical game, and that supports up to 6 players IRL, it seems ridiculous that if one of us wants to join in occasionally they need a whole extra copy of the game at cost price. We're not prepared to pay that.

Or even playing a game against yourself through this mode could be a fun way to try out strategies as different houses etc., like playing yourself in chess!

I kind of play my board game this way and I roleplay the different factions. so would +1 this
