Really needs a afk turn time limit
Capping at afk turn timer at at 5 minutes is really important to not destroy games.

1st game I'm playing is stuck on a bidding phase - I'm at 6 castles and got first move advantage with Iron Throne track. Now game is stuck at a standstill

Hello everyone. There is currently a Player Clock implemented that ranges from 1 hour to 7 days (depends on the choices of the host). We have received requests from many users that they feel a different system would be optimal and we are forwarding this feedback on to the developers for their consideration. Thank you for your continued feedback! :)

That's not what we are talking about. The current timer (which is NOT a TURN timer) is fine, although smaller values (15,30,45 min) would be nice.
We need a vote-kick system for when someone is completely unresponsive and everyone can either wait for an hour for that player to get auto-kicked, or quit.
The alternative is to add an additional, real, TURN timer so people time-out when they take more than X minutes for a turn (3,5,8 minutes to chose for example).
Lowering the current, player timer (to, say, 30 min) will not resolve the issue. You would still have to wait 30 minutes for auto-kick, and 30 minutes for a game timer might be too short for most games.

Thank you Asmodee for considering putting in timer for less than an hour. This will definitely help improve game play in many situations! Otherwise, this is a very well made adaptation of the board game!

10.000% this.

There is another option. You may put an action timer which may recharge after player make any action like click on a troop or something else. If he have done nothing and simply went AFK for longer the set limit he may be replaced with AI for this turn and regaing controll on his next move. After few AFK misses - autokick. I'm describing a case which working nicely in adoptation of another board game :)

BTW a lil bit control for the host of lobby would be great too (like kicking toxic players or start the game when everyone are ready)

agree Kras but also a ingame chat,if not voicechat would be fine,in other games we use Teamspeak or other, but first we have to meet and knowing a bit better

lol currently sitting in a game that I guess I have to leave since the guy who is about to win left or disconnected. So dumb lol. I actually afkd for an hour and I guess since he's waiting to play his commander for the last battle the timer isnt even active right now. lol. I didn't want to lose karma on my very first game but I guess I actually have no choice. So dumb lol.
