Maggot Farm?

Anyone know what we use the maggot farm for? I really like this game.

It turns Worm meat (-10/-10) into marginally better maggots (-8/-8) at a rate of 1 to 1

It's a shame that I've never found a good use for the low quality food such as maggot.

Agree the food itself is rarely useful but I do like it for burning up left over energy in the low levels. In the desert on Saturday or Sunday and won't hit a town for production can burn off whatever you have left on maggots for some increased prof.
