Four Endings to the End

So I had some trouble with finding the 4 endings to this game, and I want to put the solutions for all 4 endings here so there's less confusion about how to get them. None of your choices prior to the "final meeting" quest matters. To get to the endings:

Ending 1: Homeless and Unstable: Reject Angela's deal and fight the black death right away.

Ending 2: Life of revenge: Go through with Angela's deal and inform the Sword of Order that there is a bug attack at highland town in order to lure them into a trap. Speak with Angela again to end your tale.

Ending 3: Finding and Hope: Agree to Angela's demands, but tell Selina of the Sword of Order about Angela's plot. Supply her with 3000 Vitamins, 3000 Antibiotics, 2086 Flour (Why that number?), and 2000 Sugar to allow her to give you an EMP device. Return to the Black Death Headquarter, but do not activate the device before you fight Angela to receive this ending.

Ending 4: Home Lost: Agree to Angela's demands, but tell Selina of the Sword of Order about Angela's plot. Supply her with 3000 Vitamins, 3000 Antibiotics, 2086 Flour (Why that number?), and 2000 Sugar to allow her to give you an EMP device. Return to the Black Death Headquarter, and activate the EMP device before you fight Angela to receive this ending.

EDIT: Unfortunately there seems to be no way to interact with any of the town leaders or Highland town in order to avert the attack with a diplomatic approach. Eliminating the Alpha Bugbeast that seems to be sending commands to all the other bugbeasts in the area also unfortunately does not affect the outcoming of ending 4: home lost. Cactus Village will be attack by bugbeasts even with the brains of the bugbeast defeated, leading you to lead your people on an exodus.

There is a best ending called Brave New World, involving the persuasion of the 3 major families to join forces with Selina to deal with Black Death once and for all.

Found that on the achieve list, haven't done it yet. This time putting off the 'main' quest until all side quests are done and favour is full with each faction before proceeding.
