Guide to getting the best support.
Hello,

We are sorry you are having trouble with your game; this guide exists to help you write a good request for assistance from our community and if needed how to reach out to our support team. In order for you to get the best help possible specific information will help explain the problem to who is helping you and help relieve some stress for you. We understand that this situation may be stressful, but rest assured, we are ready to help. That is why we strive to respond to all support requests as quickly and completely as possible if it comes to that. Here are a couple of ways to ensure that you get the quickest, most complete responses.

Step 1: Use the resources at your fingertips.

use the community of other players here to answer your question or use our FAQ site. These are designed to provide a quick resolution and often require less intervention from staff. Certain issues cannot be handled by community members like specific key or billing issues; Steam also has its own support center which is designed to offer support to players; you can access it by clicking Library in your Steam Client; finding out game and clicking on support to the right.

Step 2: Could not find an answer? Ask support. We are here to help.

In this forum we have information on how to contact us, but for most issues, we would like you to post it here within the "Support" board (create new thread). When creating a thread or contacting us, it is important we and the community have all the information we need to complete your request in a timely fashion. So, be sure to:

Provide specific details; error messages, a description of what is happening (screenshots help), system specifications, etc. For example, if you have a question about why the game won't run jsut saying it will not run is not helpful; explain what is happening and what you did as well as what you expected.

Limit each request to one specific subject rather than asking numerous unrelated questions.

Be sure to explain what you are trying to accomplish.

Explain the steps you took to reach the desired outcome.

What did you expect would happen after you took those steps?

What actually happened?

Did you receive an error message? If so, copy and paste the error message into your help request.


If your request is written following the guidelines provided above, then chances are, we will be able to respond with little time spent deciphering your inquiry. That means you will get an answer quickly. You will be happy, and that makes us happy. If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask.
