Choices? (spoilers)

I like this game, but not enough to replay it. I choose No at the beginning and No at the end. Does anyone know what is changed by choosing YES for either/both?

edit; I'm in the same boat. After you know the twist, there's really not much replay value, so yes. Those choices define what ending you get. As far as I can tell, there are 3 in total?

Just finished playing and I was trying to find out the same thing. The game lets you hit continue to try a new option (Yes/No) & see a different ending, but idk if the first choice of Yes/No in the very beginning impacts this. I started with "yes" and got these 2 endings after, enjoy :

Yes + Yes, turning the page reads: "♥♥♥♥ it. I'm not giving up the only thing that's left for me. Nothing's my fault. I'm not letting go of anything ever again." Then the lights go out, there's a knock, and you use your lighter to get to the door. Screen turns white and you're waking up again in a destroyed room with Sam's ghost (?) flickering towards you. Black screen reads "It will never end"

Yes + No, diary text- "No. It's time to admit. I've been keeping a memory of lies. I'm the only one to blame for the ♥♥♥♥ I had to deal with. It's about time I burned it. But what after that? I could open the door out of here... face whatever's waiting for me. Or I could just stay with the fire and... let go. Whatever the choice, it's time to say goodbye."

-You then set the diary on fire, and crawl towards the knocking on the door where healthy-Sam was momentarily standing towards. The fire continues to spread and suffocate you. When you open it, through your wheezing you hear birds and honking, and see a bright light etc- it's day time.

Black screen reads: "I was finally awake. My head was aching from the desperate pumping of my heart. My burning lungs sucked in air for what felt like an eternity. But I knew nothing was over. I need to get what's coming to me. I told the police everything that happened 3 years ago. It wont fix what I've done, but at least I finally got the closure I deserve. I know it doesn't mean anything now, but... Goodbye, B." sooo, I guess this was the "Good" ending

I picked No at the start and did both endings and I got the exact endings that they explained. So I think the only choices that matter are the last ones. Unless it was a glitch and there are two more endings.

I know what you are saying, I said that, from reading the above person's post about how endings they experienced. And considering I chose different choices at the beginning and got the same exact endings; I don't think that there are four different endings. If there are four different endings, IDK, it must have been a bug or something. What happens in the other two endings?

I didn't watch the whole video, but I did skip to the end. You were right that there was an ending we were missing. The one where you stay with the fire and just die, but what was the fourth ending?

So there was:
Ending 1: You keep the diary and are haunted by the ghost
Ending 2:You burn the diary, but go to the cops later
Ending 3:You burn the diary and stay at the desk and die

What was the fourth ending? Maybe I am just being dumb, but I didn't see four endings in the video.
