Which is better this or Cthulu?

Bought the pack just cause love cosmic star heroine. Usually don't buy rpg maker games on steam cause they all tend to be generic and the same thing. But these actually look pretty unique for oldschool style. Just wondering which did you guys think was a better game? On first look this actually looks a bit more appealing to me with the extremely old-oldschool graphics.

I found Cthulu to be the better and improved version of this. The writing was much more fun for me, I remember the combat being better and also Cthulu is significantly longer, like 4 times the length. While they share many similarities, its obvious which one came first.

Small correction: this game does NOT run on RPGmaker, it runs on Microsoft XNA. XNA is kinda just a general framework for games, not RPGs specifically (hell, it was used to make Terraria and Celeste). While this may be a pretty standard-playing RPG, it certainly doesn't run on RPGmaker.

XNA sounds pretty good considering celeste has a real distinct visual style.

I however prefer cosmic star heroine, its a really fun rpg while this feels like dragon warrior with some gamer humor. Only 50 cents for both and its got some cards to get your money back. But neither of these games are very exciting I however love star heroine and his newest rpg also looks good.
