No, because I would have to play another hour in career mode to find out if it worked. There's no way to test it without doing that as far as I could tell last time I cared. At this point I just want my money back, I doubt I'll ever play the game again. Sadly that option is not available.
With all due respect, that's not at all a fair statement. I'd love to play a good tennis game for hours. What I'm NOT willing to do is waste an hour to DEBUG a tennis game that may or may not save my progress afterwards. And furthermore the developer attitude that this doesn't happen to real customers is extremely aggravating as well. Other people have complained about this exact problem and they don't care.
So no, I don't care to try to debug their product for them.
If it doesn't work, which is unlikely, then you could also play the game outside of career mode and have fun that way. It's not a bad game in any way and you don't really need a customized player to have fun with it.
PS: Just to make sure, maybe delete the game beforehand and reinstall it (or verify game files). It's like turning it off and on again, but it might be worth a try. Although I don't think that it's a problem with the installation. It could very well be the length of the email address. Maybe they haven't set the right width for their DB columns and it cannot handle them above a certain length.
