Always online made me not buy it

I wouldn't have minded signing up for an account for multiplayer only, I had the game in my cart ready to buy it, Then out of sheer luck I noticed single player needs to always be online too. I have been burned to much by companies turning off servers randomly. I don't want this to happen to me for a single player tennis game.

Oh, I didn't even know that. Yeah that's going to have to be a pass for me then. I'm in NYC during this virus thing and my internet has been very spotty. I essentially wouldn't be able to play this game... Yeah no.....

It doesn't have to be always online, I'd say it's more because the use of the academy where all the players, logos and venues are made is why it states that, otherwise you can't download them

So you can play career mode even if the servers are offline? Or shut down one day? You just can't download other peoples user content?

i own it with origin access / that mean that they can be a lot of player online with this access to the game . i think .

Unfortunately, you can't even access the MAIN MENU if you aren't online.

To short: you can't play AT ALL if offline, sadly.

I just bought it couple days ago and cannot login, it keeps saying "You must be online in order to play AO Tennis 2" It hasn't even launched once...don't buy this game!!!!!!!!!
