Trophy Bass: Bass Jig 1 Mission

so there seems to be a problem with this mission all it specifies is that you need a Casting Rod, Braid .006 and a Bass Jig... ive tried 4 different casting rod setups including 2 ive wasted a good 50k + 150 baitcoins on + travel expenses. but it does not work ive caught 2 from the mission in the past but now neither of the 2 remaining fish show and it just tells me i need to equip casting rod, braid .006 and bass jig. which makes this now a total of 10 game breaking bugs. please devs if your not going to add any new content or updates like the free game. atleast fix the bugs

i have tried both variations of .006 aswell as .005 and .0085 and every single bass jig. aswell as a spinning setup as most people use on videos for this mission and have brought in trophies larger than 2lb on every setup but still this mission will not pass the equip stage. there is no other variation to try that doesnt use bait coins. and considering ive used all my baitcoins getting several setups that havent worked. seriously this is ridiculous

are you getting spinning rod and casting rod mixed up ?

no i was not getting them mixed up I've played both versions long enough to know the difference, i tried a spinning setup because as i was having issues i watched several videos and some of the streamers used spinning setups that worked but that is going back to 2019.

but i did finally get past it not sure what difference was but after closing and restarting game 3 times the smaller of the 2 .006 braids worked (6 lb green not 19 lb red) with and being specific here 1/4 oz 1/0 bass jig for some reason no other combination worked.

It did mean there was complications due to such light line on a much heavier rod 6 lb line 30 odd + lb rod and reel, having to have drag setting all the way down on 1 to prevent from setup instantly breaking, but meaning bringing fish in took excessively longer than it should have

Here's to hoping part 2 doesn't have the same issues
