Hardest fish to catch ?

After a week of trying finally got uni volga zander and by far most frustrating fish to catch to date.
Wondering on other peoples struggles if any?
Spent a few days on sander for euro perch uni and a bit of a struggle catching uni steelhead so for me these 3 been hardest to date
