Piranhas are found anywhere in Muddy Water, even islands where Muddy Water doesn't normally exist if you bring it yourself in the Bottomless Pot or pour out some Pure Water onto a type of Spoiled Soil. Skelkatraz has no fish that can't already have been found at the other islands. Furrowfield, Krhumbul-dun, Moonbrooke, and Gurgling Lagoon (maybe Angler's Isle, too) have some unique fish, but all the islands have a generic set supplied depending on the water type (and in the case of seawater, depth)
Also thanks!
In any case, it will almost certainly provide no fish you couldn't have already encountered elsewhere, as only the Nautilus is outstanding at this point and its known to only exist at Gurgling Lagoon. The other 39 can all be encountered before Malhalla.
