Oasis issue.
Okay I was at the point of building a oasis when I encountered this issue. I was at 3 out of 15 when I decided to change the ground layout a bit after filling the area with water the counter went to 0 out of 15. Normally on the Switch version just transforming it back to how it was then refilling the area again would get you back to were you were however it's not going back up it's still staying at zero. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you get out of this situation? I am at a point that I can not go any further story wise. I'd rather not have to start all over from scratch.

That missions is such a pain, I ended up removing excess water and it went up. When I added to much it would go down.

Just keep messing with it, try removing all the water then starting over.

The 15 is map tile squares of Lemongrassy Earth (or Mossy and Leafy Spoiled Soil from Furrowfield/Soggy Skerry if you want to Transform-O-Trowel up enough of it) adjacent to a water map tile. You're not really describing what you did to change the ground layout, but it sounds like you've separated the water tiles from the Lemongrassy/Mossy tiles somehow, or changed the Lemongrassy/Mossy to something else. You've got three natural depressions in the desert and any of the three will work (as well as a fourth you create if desired) so if you don't want to mess with what you've got consider filling one of the other two depressions with Pure Water and using Worm Food or Transform-o-Trowel to create the 15 tiles needed around it.
