help
I'm stuck at the fish island where I have to fish for a missing guy, I can't find it, I don't understand despite the 2 points indicating the place, thanks for help

I speak English so I'll answer this thread because its easier for me.

Should be a marker on eastern side of island near the rocks. Jump into ocean at this marker and sink to bottom. At the bottom, the floor is sand; dig this up and you'll sink into a lower level. This new chamber is open to air, and the missing guy is down there, turned around and facing the wall.

No idea. Should allow it after you've fished up the Thug's Mug mask. (I think it even allows you to break the sand before this point, but Finn is unresponsive if you talk to him.)

You still have Rockfish, Clownfish, Sunfish, and Mackerel in Gilian's Fish Cage? Removing a fish you had previously put into the cage might break it.

Maybe sail back to IOA and return to Angler's Isle? I think you'll have to put the Thug's Mug into the chest first as Brownbeard doesn't let you travel with it.

Save, close software, restart and load might work, too.

Yes I got his mask back, I have it in my inventory I can't equip it, I have the 4 different fish in the aquarium, I followed the missions, but when I go to the place or the sand is supposed to break it doesn't break and no one talks to me. I left the island and then return, nothing to do, the same left the game but nothing changes I don't understand. Maybe if you accept my friend request I can send you screenshots

I understand what you mean without screenshots, I just don't have any more idea on how to solve it. That sand should be breakable - if its not then the game has bugged out. I know of no solution other than starting over or loading an earlier save state.
