If you need inspiration though do what I do & build a noticeboard & cruise around everyone's uploaded islands for ideas. Some folk doze & build very groovy stuff, others do interesting things with it. Not sure what I'll do with save #3. Tempted to bulldoze the top part & do something fun since the 2nd storey is kind of hard to use. Kind of want to attempt a themepark up there. Rollercoaster maybe.
The save folder is:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\DRAGON QUEST BUILDERS II\Steam\
Under that, there's a random number folder (user id), and then the SD folder is the one you want to copy and rename to back up your save. Just rename it back to SD to restore.
Maybe add to the dystopian feel by using swampland to replace all the sand up top, which’ll make tons of zombies spawn.
