See this webpage for links to each Windows versions' Media Feature Pack download. The installer should do everything for you, but as I don't have an N version of Windows I can't be certain or replicate the issue.

If this does indeed fix the problem, please say so. I think development team should know if they've missed a prerequisite package in the Steam installer.
Do i just need to reinstall the game then and it should fix it or where do i get the missing files :O ?
I gave that link because it provided links to the Microsoft download site for each version (Win7/8/10) Just pick the one that you need; it should give you option to download an EXE or MSI file to run on your machine. Afterwards the game might start without problem.

Agree. At very least it should warn you on install that you're missing a prerequisite if it doesn't install it for you. SquareEnix and KoeiTecmo both use European-based localization teams, so they should have known better.
