Report a translation problem
If it is just a single item or a few items, put them in your inventory and you can delete them one stack at a time with the context menu button (middle mouse if you are on m+kb).
That or I might dump it in the deep sea then make a 10000+ block structure (using blueprints, never counted the exact amount) and then have a golem destroy all of it, which causes the new items to overwrite any old items before I pick them all up. That will usually get rid of items that don't want to go away.
