You can upload your island (IoA and/or the three RNG ones) but they can visit it but any changes they make will not be saved. So it's more of a see-sighting thing.

And they can't take stuff from your island back with them. If you're expecting them to help build or to exchange items, you need to be online and play in Multibuilder Mode.

You can see what their experience would be like to visit your island by visiting someone else via Noticeboard. You'll find you can hammer stuff and take things from their chests, but any changes you make is to a downloaded copy (not their master version) and anything you gained into inventory (or lost, such as food consumed) is reset when you return to your island. The only things that are kept are photos saved to album and blueprints made with Magic Pencil.

Real shame, the idea was her access the island we been working on together offline mode.

Can't do that.

But she could design buildings on her island, then one of you use a Magic Pencil to copy and bring the blueprint to your island and reconstruct it there. She can bring the blueprint if you're in Multibuilder Mode. Otherwise you've got to do it by visiting her shared island. The end result is same but its a more cumbersome process. And really only works for buildings, not terrain changes.
